Our Quality Assurance & Control

The Quality assurance system is defined in the RRS Quality Manual. Specialized staff run this activity for both Quality assurance and Quality control. Tests are carried out in our central laboratory in Ghala or on site depending on the Project size and location. Sometimes RRS enlist the services of third party laboratories if requested by the client or for certain specialized tests.

Each Project specific Quality plan contains a matrix that shows the list of contractual tests (ITP) to be carried out, the terms of reference, the acceptance criteria, the person who carries out the test, and what documents come out of it. A special attention is always given to NCRs, their close-out, and the lessons learnt.

The Original copy of these quality documents is handed over to client and an identical copy is archived and kept for a minimum of 3 years in the RRS offices.
